Mom's Meeting Place: A place created just for moms.

Whether you're a first time mom, or have been at this for years, you can benefit from the Center's resources, programs, and classes tailored just to a mom's needs.

Top two mom tips:

1. Find a trusted friend who is also a mom that you can be completely honest with.

- It's that person who you call on at 3 AM because you know that both of you are awake anyways. You tell her the things that you would be embarassed to tell anyone else for fear of judgement. For example, you tell her the story of how after a day of complete frustration you threw baby's full diaper on the floor after a diaper change a bit too roughly and it expolded all over the rug.

2. Plan ahead.

-It's a skill that will benefit you and even if you aren't good at it now with practice you can improve your skills. Check out these downloads to get you started in the right direction. Print off lists for anything from meal planning to packing the diaper bag!
